Our recent Online Banking update went well. However, where it concerns Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) not all devices automatically updated. Some users may need to give it a little “push.” If you are having trouble depositing a check with RDC on your android or apple device simply go to the Play Store or App Store, search for River Valley Credit Union and locate the App (which has the River Valley logo). An update should show available. Just complete that update and log into your account. It’s that easy!
